EH needs to announce the expansion into adobe falls, don't be trapped into a bad deal again with the City and Chargers. Don't let it happen. Take yourself out of the running.

RE: et tu Faulconer
I would say if this isn't the final nail in the SD Chargers coffin it is pretty damn close.

First of all Dean clearly wants nothing to do with MV because he knows it isn't economically feasible or timely for his franchise.

Second, even if he did want to pivot back to MV the measure would get even less than 43% of the vote. The citizens aren't going to give Dean $350 million from the general fund. Particularly as the city has projected a $50+ million shortfall of the city budget over the next 2 years.

In short, this soap opera should be nearing its final season on or before Jan. 15th.

1.  it is an investment to have a return to the taxpayers but nowadays, the collectivists dont have any business acumen and only apply activism in brain thought....George Orwell?  What is wrong with investing in a solid seven percent building bond for the retirees of the local pension plans?

2.  what is the relocation cost?

3.  what is the move cost?

4.  what is the rent in lalaland?

5.  how much loss revenue for how many years will occur with the new fan market?

6.  what will be the saturation with having a team unabsorbed in a market aready housing the lamars?

7.  when will the Not For Long owners stop running their monopoly like a bunch of vagabonds?

I say they stay in MV and build a new 54,000 seater red and black slick park!

I don't know how to provide a link for the 1090 app but yesterday Scott & BR interviewed mayor Faulconer and Scott read texts he received from the Chargers organization regarding it immediately afterwards. Draw your own conclusions but to me it sounded like there's no chance the Chargers are waiting around for another vote. Also, Faulconer said anything proposed will be voted on by the people so something's gotta give.

Okay.  So, it is either the city govt go in halfers or private companies build it.  Private means the city will tax half the profits anyway, so why not halfer with the localgovt who will operate and run the stadium into the ground....of course the private owners will only bring in the money payers and exclude SDSU because the pac fudge has all the monopoly bcs P five illegal restraint of trade esPeeN money to pay the private owners the big bucks.....BUT do they really think in lalaland that they will improve on their dilemmas?

Ha.

They'll double in value just for moving zip codes. The equity gained alone would be hard to pass up.

If you can see the obvious similarity with the clippers I can't help you. Perhaps you should google LA Rams value...And then google St. Louis Rams value. Or you can just keep speaking in schizo code.

RE: et tu Faulconer
I agree the lamars and cuppers made good decisions to increase their values, except the cuppers, went so many moons ago, the paradyme has changed. The move from a small Saint Lewis market to the over populated cesspool of lalaland yes, increases equity.

San Diego passed lalaland in equities just about the time the final rent controls slaamed ownership into the ground and Spanish became the official lalaland language....what 2007?

RE: et tu Faulconer
The fans who drive from the OC to attend the chargits games will not drive anywhere into laland for even a Costco black friday 100% discount deal! let alone an nfl game.  Hcal, Anaheim was too far towards laland to work.

The only way the NFL can succeed in the OC is to install cbs, abc, and what is that other crappy. no good network called?  Oh yeah, Notta Dame football sucks!   into OC as OC stations exclusive to all viewers and internet as OC and not the "LA Angels of Anaheim" toro esquadda.
