Hell, SDSU should send out a similar tweet, but change it to do you want to play D1 CFB in SoCal? Purposely tag USC and UCLA in it. Then we can all reply and ask why USC won't play it's other D1 SoCal brethren...point out the rest of the Pac South has done it, why no USC?

Probably wouldn't get a reaction, but I think trolling UCLA and USC some as we improve is a good idea.

They are D2. I found it some what amusing that they would do that. Especially considering that Whittier College, Occidental College and Pomona College have football (D3) and are each approximately 10mi from APU.

Rumor around these parts is that they are thinking FCS. Apparently, they are spending big on athletics. And they are promoting themselves, especially their online programs, big time from Ventura down to SB and Riverside counties. I see them taking the Grand Canyon U (minus the for-profit) approach.

Wouldn't be surprise to see them do a Big West/Big Sky or WCC/Big Sky combo.

Trivia - name the best NFL player from Azusa? Hint - also the recipient of possibly the greatest hit in NFL history.

I literally didn't know what APU was until you explained.

Gotta wonder how much their tuition is these days. Somebody has to be paying for all those ads on Dan Patrick's show so why not the students? Lachen001 And BTW:
